Food Source

The food we use in all three restaurants comes fresh from the market each day.

The local ladies at the market often advise Duc on how to cook something, saying things like “instead of grilling the fish, steam it…” or the other way around. “Don’t ruin the fish.”

Everything in our restaurants is fresh, from seafood to meat (duck and chicken) to fruit and vegetables. We clean it, keep it organized, and seasonal, that’s it! When you get good, fresh food, all you have to do is treat it well, and it will taste fantastic.
